Past Rectors
4Dr. Lukman Adegoke Agbabiaka
Rector
Appointed as the substantive Rector of the polytechnic in May 2022. An academic specializing in Animal Nutrition and Aquaculture, he was brought in to oversee academic, administrative, and developmental operations.
Dr. Iwekumo Wauton
Acting Rector
Served in an acting capacity following the expiration of Dr. Seiyaboh's term until a new substantive rector assumed office.
Dr. Enetimi Idah Seiyaboh
Rector
Served a five-year tenure as substantive Rector. His administration focused on expanding academic programs, managing campus affairs along the River Nun, and guiding the institution through mid-stage growth.
Prof. Ineye Douglas Ekpebu
Pioneer Rector
Appointed as the pioneer Rector upon the institution's establishment under late President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua's administration. He oversaw the initial administrative takeoff and early infrastructure development of the polytechnic.
