Manages student tuition, acceptance fees, and all internally generated revenue (IGR).

Payroll & Establishment Head: Payroll Officer

Processes monthly staff salaries, allowances, and statutory deductions (tax, pension, NHF).

Internal Audit Unit Head: Chief Internal Auditor

Provides independent assurance on financial controls, risk management, and compliance.

Budget & Planning Head: Budget Officer

Prepares annual budgets, monitors expenditure, and coordinates financial planning.

Accounts & General Ledger Head: Chief Accountant

Maintains the general ledger, financial records, and prepares financial statements.

Stores & Inventory Head: Stores Officer

Manages procurement, inventory control, and issuance of institutional assets.

Manages Treasury Single Account (TSA) operations and banking relationships.
